What started as a vision to improve the concrete industry has turned into a nationwide movement. The story began in 1991 when Kevin Rosenberger, a skilled coatings professional, recognized the flaws in traditional concrete coatings and set out to develop a better solution.


After years of research and testing, he created a revolutionary acrylic cement coating—one that was durable, aesthetically pleasing, and capable of withstanding extreme environmental conditions. From that breakthrough, a business model was born, empowering entrepreneurs across the country to capitalize on the demand for high-quality decorative concrete solutions.


By 1996, CTI had grown to include over 200 dealers nationwide, with international expansion soon following.


In 1997, CTI was recognized by INC Magazine as one of America’s fastest-growing private companies.


Today, CTI products have been installed on over 100 million square feet of concrete worldwide.
